Responsibilities
Criterion is seeking a mission-focusedTechnical Leadto support and contribute to the success of software development projects for our customer inChantilly, Virginia.
This role involves working within a collaborative and creative team, tackling unique problem sets to ensure successful project delivery for our government customer.
Qualifications
Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies
Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Must have a Bachelors Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
Full time on-site work at a customer or government facility.
Strong verbal and oral communications skills.
Experience modifying agile for R&D environments.
Experience with JIRA.
Strong facilitation skills and the ability to coach/mentor government project manager.
Experience with SOP creation.
Knowledge of customer’s security approval processes and ability to effectively support requirements and responses
Ability to listen carefully and effectively synthesize highly technical information for understanding by a variety of audiences.
Patience and Flexibility; ability to work with strong personalities.
Self-directed
Preferred Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies:
Certified Scrum Master
Security Clearance Level
TS/SCI with Polygraph
