Description

As a member of SAIC’s team, you will assist in providing integration and planning support for the customer’s requirements and governance efforts. The team supports daily administration of project management and documenting meeting minutes and decisions.

SAIC seeks a Systems Integrator to provide support to assist the customer in performing governance and requirement activities. The candidate will support the daily administration of project management and governance forums. Support activities include managing calendars and agendas, and documenting meeting minutes, and decisions.

· Develop, analyze, and maintain work plans, delivery roadmaps, and technical risks of key Sponsor programs.

· Integrate and facilitate the governance and requirements activities. Ensure the resulting decisions and relevant artifacts are published, retained, and discoverable.

· Maintain and review capability roadmaps, conduct performance assessments, and highlight opportunities for improvement.

· Maintain and make discoverable program documents.

· Support meetings by authoring minutes, managing agendas, and conducting coordination support activities on behalf of the Sponsor.

· Identify and recommend key governance integration opportunities.

· Document and publish progress and descriptions of strategic initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.

· Facilitate governance boards, develop artifacts, track and manage actions, capture decisions, maintain configuration management and change control.

· Deliver and maintain a Strategic Recommendation Plan addressing opportunities for organizational process improvement, areas of strategic risk and additional opportunities for improved mission accomplishment.

Qualifications

Required

· Active TS/SCI with polygraph

· Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline.

· Five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following engineering activities:

o Experience performing governance and requirements activities.

o Experience delivering and maintaining governance processes, addressing opportunities for Sponsor process improvement.

o Experience developing and maintaining work plans and delivery roadmaps.

o Experience with tracking tools (program and project level) and governance processes (Requirements/Engineering/Architecture Review Boards)

Desired Qualifications :

Experience understanding system Architecture documentation

· Strong research, writing, and documentation skills

· Experience working in JIRA and/or Confluence, Project Management methodologies and Agile Scrum

· Experience using analytic and critical thinking skills

· Ability to brief diverse audiences and stakeholders including senior customer officers.

· Must have experience with data management and governance processes to include data cataloging tools
