The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Program Finance Analyst. This is an opportunity to work with highly dedicated professionals. This is a full-time role with the ideal candidate supporting from the Chantilly/Northern Virginia area.
Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting. Requirements may include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
This position is a hybrid position located in Chantilly, Virginia.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and non-routine project financial reporting including, but not limited to: 75% Funding Notifications, Estimates to Complete, Estimates at Completion, Forecast and Budget Reports, Invoice Backup Reports, and various other client-specific reports.
Analyze plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicate trends to the program, line, and financial management.
Develop, coordinate, and track funding and budget activities.
Apply both government and industry acquisition procedures and policies to ensure compliance of all regulations.
Provide financial execution of program related work including Funding Requests, De-obligation Requests, Realignment Requests, Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), MIPR Acceptances, and Funding Support Agreements (FSA) for submission to the Division Budget Analyst.
Prepare project financial documents and status reports.
Provide technical budget support by serving as a source of budgetary information for various appropriated and reimbursable accounts.
Provide up-to-date budgetary information through maintenance of an MS Excel Financial workbook and update various files on Share Point.
Adjust a wide variety of appropriated fund accounts to reflect the effects of budgetary transactions.
Determine appropriate accounting classification and appropriations to be charged by object class, fiscal year, and element of resource.
Provides input for the development of annual budget submission and engages with client to provide recommendations for funding allocations.
Qualifications :
Required:
BA/BS and 3+ years’ experience (OR) Associates degree and 7 years’ experience
Experience at a government services contractor in a finance role
Proficiency with financial and accounting reporting systems such as CostPoint and COGNOS
Experience managing a financial portfolio with complex technology solutions.
Proficiency with Excel functions at an intermediate level, including large multi-worksheet models, lookups, and pivot tables.
Demonstrated ability to balance competing and changing priorities, move quickly amongst various taskings, and meet deadlines.
Adept at working independently as well as in a team environment.
Professional/effective communication – written and oral
Possession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to consider and identify innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations & Cost Accounting Standards.
Desired:
Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Experience with Deltek Cobra.
Knowledge of Earned value and EVMS highly desired

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
