Change Management Specialist responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize user adoption of applications. This role will exhibit change management best practices and apply proven, structured methodologies to continuously assess areas that require change management. You will actively participate in change management activities to continue to drive change adoption through a Change Management Strategy, conduct impact analyses and assess areas for additional support within the organization, inclusive of any anticipated risks or resistance, and identify key stakeholders impacted by change management activities and support them along the change journey. You also drive to completion activities including but not limited to: change management, stakeholder analysis, communications management, end user outreach, workshops, road shows, surveys, marketing, and training support.

The work:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate change management strategies and plans that minimize user resistance and maximize user engagement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and user impact to tailor change management activities.

  • Design and deliver engaging user education programs, including training materials, tutorials, webinars, and FAQs, to improve user competence and confidence.

  • Lead effective communication efforts that clearly articulate the change, the rationale behind it, and the benefits to the user.

  • Support the design and implementation of feedback mechanisms to gauge user sentiment, usage patterns, and areas for improvement.

  • Facilitate the adoption of new products or features through targeted user outreach, advocacy programs, and community building.

  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure product success.

  • Stay abreast of change management best practices, trends in technology adoption, and user experience to continually improve our approach.

Here's what you need:

  • 2+ years of experience in change management, product marketing, training, or a related field within a technology-focused organization

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful change management strategies

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs and materials

  • Ability to use data to inform decision-making

  • Experience creating and delivering Power Point presentations

  • Active Top Secret security clearance

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)

  • Change management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci, or Kotter)

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$76,300—$154,800 USD
