CACI is seeking a business analyst to support the program Client - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI): Finance Division.

The candidate must be considered a knowledgeable resource to support the various systems in use by the Client such as UFMS. AMS(Maximo) Travel and 10 FBI customer systems and possess familiarity with all financial subsystems with expertise in at least two business systems modules/interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Active TS clearance

  • Responsible for facilitating requirement gathering, translating functional requirements and end-user design needs for the stakeholder.

  • Provides continuous improvements for business processes and systems, developing unique solutions and recommendations with the FBI stakeholders.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, including FBI users and system owners, in order to comprehend business and system requirements of existing processes for inefficiencies, to propose enhancements, and to design solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

  • Candidate is expected to maintain a timely and professional work ethic with minimal supervision and to be proactive in accepting additional responsibilities for the team's mission.

  • Develop detailed functional solutions and specifications aligned with user needs and business processes, acting as an advocate for end-users in discussions with development teams regarding ongoing technical issues

  • In addition to providing in-depth recommendations on complex tickets via JIRA and calls, as a seasoned member of the team, the candidate would be more called upon to answer questions internally, providing in-person training of newer technicians through shadowing

  • Candidates are expected to be a role model example for other team members to emulate through being diligent and punctual with work, possessing quality multitasking skills, providing documented citation of Confluence articles to tickets

  • Must be able to represent CACI in a professional manner, gaining respect from the client with leadership skills and bringing trends, identifying system bugs and bringing ideas to fruition

  • Present system process improvement based on customer support feedback and legacy systems to government leads and developers

  • Provide insight during monthly stakeholder meetings from the user perspective on potential gaps in business process, e.g. AMS inventory

  • Utilize data driven metrics to determine gaps and needs to provide process improvements

  • Perform system testing to assess how well a product adheres to its design, standards, as well as its usability and ability to meet business needs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Finance, Logistics, etc.) and 1-2 Years of Momentum ERP (familiarization within the DOJ sector strongly preferred).

  • Four additional years of directly related experience may be substituted for degree requirement, for a total of 5-6 years of direct experience.

  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems through drawing from prior experience and analysis of issues.

  • Demonstrate ability for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within technical discipline.

  • Exhibit timely completion of tasks, workload, and daily activities with minimal supervision.

  • Proactively takes on additional responsibilities and work beyond their daily job duties.
