Overview

• Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $16.00 to $22.00. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Assisted Living Community in Chanhassen, MN.

This part-time food services position includes; 

• 20 hours per two week pay period

• Day -early evening shift (3-4 hours shift length)

• Every other weekend rotation

Riley Crossing is one of our newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. It hosts 134 units of Independent/Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on-site intergenerational childcare and interactive programming with our seniors. Responsibilities Job Description

• Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting

• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and satisfaction with their meal service

• Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies

• Assists with meal prep and special events

• Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors

• Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and aptitude, teamwork and positive attitude required

• Desire to work with seniors

• Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required

Compensation

$15.82-$22.85/Hr
