What you’ll do:

• Technical management work in machining workshop

• Responsible for product machining process design and BOM preparation.

• CNC programming

• Identification, design, procurement machining equipment or fixture

• Trouble shooting of machining problems on-site.

• Quotation and drawing analysis during NPI project.

• Good communication and coordination skills, able to coordinate with other departments and work effectively as a team.

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Lead or coordinate the machining related project.

• Continuous improvement project on machining process.

• Diversity and inclusion are must.

• Other work from leader

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in mechanical Engineering

• A minimum 5 years working years in in aluminum casting manufacturing experience or relevant work

• Require good knowledge and experience of all kinds machining process such milling/turning/grinding Etc.

• Require CNC machining (FANUC) experience and knowledge.

• Experience of machining related fixture design.

• Require rich project management experience and project PPAP documents preparation.

• Requires good quality tool knowledge.

• Requires good knowledge of lean thought and experience of lean tool.

• Require good written and oral communication in English.

• SMC/BMC Compression and sheet metal background will be a plus.

• Automation project experience will be a plus

• Require Auto CAD/3D/SAP/Microsoft software skills.

• Communication skill, cooperation skill, troubleshooting skill.
