1. Controlling of production material and non production material.

2. Improvement of its costs and reduction of waste.

3. Coordination of production material and non production material with LO and buyer.

4. Coordination of production plan with planer, coordination of people between production groups, coordination line stop with MT and planers for line maintenance.

5. Supporting activities in improving OEE, Productivity, DLPI, 5S and other important KPIs of production according to production manager direction.

6. Participation in daily production meeting to drive improvements together with operational level.

7. Shopfloor raw material ,semi-assembly, finish goods transport and storage;

8. Shopfloor auxiliary material plan,purchase,storage and management;

9. Shopfloor material tools plan,purchase,storage ,clean and management;

10. Shopfloor material flow continue improvement;

11. Know-how on systematical and analytical methods；

12. Has automotive knowledge；

13. Has knowledge of statistical tools；

14. Familiar with Lean methodology；

15. Familiar with quality tools ；

16. Skillful at MS-Office；

17. Good English；
