About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Coordinator in Asset Monitoring Borrowing Base Team as part of Wholesale Lending Operations division. The Asset Monitoring Borrowing Base team is responsible for monitoring and analyzing our borrower's financial reporting used as collateral relying heavily on accounting processes and financial analysis.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy

  • Evaluate and decision collateral for moderately complex consumer requests

  • Suspend collateral decision until deficiencies are resolved

  • Review and decision of collateral valuations

  • Assist with the calculations and preparation of reports for reviews

  • Interact daily with internal and external partners to clarify quality concerns identified during the review process

  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff

  • Interact with organizational department on a wide range of knowledge

  • Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Accounting or finance experience.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Basic Microsoft Word, and Outlook skills

  • Asset Based Lending Experience, including but not limited to understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable common to asset based lending.

  • Ability to review and interpret complex commercial loan documents
