Honeywell Sr Security Professional in Chandler, Arizona
Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking an Sr. Security Professional for our Chandler, AZ location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, review, and manage documentation supporting the construction of Honeywell facilities
Provide security guidance and on-site support during the construction of Honeywell facilities
Assist the Security Team across ACST locations in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security procedures as required by National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
Establish systematic methods of coordinating security processes and sharing security information among various locations
Conduct periodic security education and related briefings
Communicate observations of security issues and challenges and provide recommendations to leadership
Assist in customer and internal Honeywell visits and provide necessary support
Provide backup coverage to the Security Team at all ACST locations and assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security procedures as required by the Cleared Facility and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
Serve as local POC for guard contract support
Occasional travel
Occasionally respond to general security concerns or alarms outside of regular hours

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required for all applicants.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in security role such as an CPSO/CSSO/SSO for SCI or SAP programs, with in-depth knowledge of the DOD IC regulatory manual.
• High School Diploma or GED
WE VALUE
Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph
Proficient level of understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), CFR 32 117, the NISPOM Overprint, and DoD SAP Manuals & ICD series manuals.
