The Testing Coordinator acts as a liaison between our Product Leaders, End users, and Technology groups to collaborate and provide quality outcomes for our customers. As a Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of user testing including the identification of testing teams, reviewing testing data through tracking and reporting to provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

A successful candidate will serve as a testing project manager ensuring milestone are met and testers have necessary scripts to complete their deliverables to gather performance insights. Strong attention to detail and ability to diligently solve problems in a creative manner will be critical.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and testing progress.

  • Lead or participate in driving quality outcomes by supporting technology initiatives for moderately complex business problems.

  • Contribute to the quality outcome of software changes that are both cost effective and meet the customer needs.

  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of planning and direction to successfully deliver quality outcomes for resolution.

  • Act as an internal consultant with technology and business groups by using quality tools to assist improving testing processes.

  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide solutions to manage both effort schedules and deliverables.

  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience

  • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities

  • Meeting facilitation experience in leading discussions that result in consensus and commitment

  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira

  • Knowledge and understanding of credit card products, policies, and procedures

  • Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Experience navigating through ambiguity

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings)

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships

  • Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo credit card applications and integration of systems
