Wells Fargo Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative in CHANDLER, Arizona

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Security Response & Emergency Representative. for the TAG team. Technical Alarm Group

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex burglary alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures.

  • Perform complex security, operational, and customer support tasks.

  • Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts, and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Have a working knowledge of DMP alarm panels, Entre, Mastermind, Remote link and Corrigo programs. Experience in dealing with team member and technical escalation of DMP programing.

  • Monitor, process, and troubleshoot complex burglary, and other alarm issues in accordance with organizations security procedures.

  • Perform complex security, operational, and customer support tasks.

  • Interact with immediate team on basic information, plus internal and external customers, Security Response Center Analysts, and vendors.

  • Excellent Attendance is critical to be successful in this role.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays

  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position

  • This role is not remote or hybrid. Working on-site is required in compliance with Wells Fargo return to office standards.

Base Pay Range:

  • $22.36 - $33.51 USD Hourly
