Randstad is looking to hire Senior Escalations Representatives for a large financial institution in Chandler, AZ. salary: $27 - $27.82 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer's escalated complaint case

• Conduct research and investigation: review case findings/notes

• Work within the case management system to ensure customer issues are addressed while maintaining compliance with internal company requirements, policies and standards.

• Seek ways to determine appropriate course of action

• Communicate with customers via phone (5-10 calls a day) and in writing (written letters)

• Interact with internal and external customers to obtain additional information

• Provide resolution to customers

• Working through a pipeline of cases (existing and new cases daily) until they are closed
