Experis/ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading financial organization in Chandler, AZ (Need Local) for a contract Technical Support Representative to assist their team. It will be a Hybrid role.

Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: Chandler, AZ (Need Local)

Duration: 24+ months

Payrate: $20.04/hr

Job Description:

Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user base.

The role involves basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems via phone. Desired experience in Microsoft Office application suite -- how to, in addition to troubleshooting.

Candidate should have excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be conducted. Technologies may include, but not limited to: Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.

Technology Call Center and or Customer Service experience desired. Ability to utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents. Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals correlated with call handling and customer service.
