Specific Duties:

• Follows all safety policies and procedures. Including wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Maintains housekeeping to acceptable standards
• Ability to read and interpret material data sheets to ensure product is used according to manufacturers recommendations.
• Proper maintenance of all painting equipment including but not limited to pressure pots, top cup paint guns and airless sprayers
• Ability to mix paint at the correct ratios, according to manufacturers requirements.
• Ability to properly dispose of paint waste.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Working knowledge on all aspects of masking product.
• Following approved processes and procedures in sandblasting.
• Ability to make the correct quality decisions while sandblasting.
• Ability to perform job duties in a repeatable form to ensure product consistency.
• Assist in other departments as business requires.
• All other duties as request by supervisor/management.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to safely operate hand tools requiring dexterity
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Handle material with forklifts
• Must be able to communicate effectively with factory supervisor
• Must be able to work in a custom manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work overtime.

Experience:

• High school or equivalent preferred
• Prior industrial paint experience preferred
• Prior macropoxy experience - preferred
