Account Management Representative

Location: Chandler, AZ 85224

Duration: 12 months (Temp to Perm)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $ 18.10/hr

Job Overview:

Join a leading global financial institution in a client-focused role. This position involves processing new bank accounts and managing account maintenance requests while providing excellent service to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Process new accounts and handle account maintenance requests.

• Make outbound calls for problem resolution and account setup.

• Maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulations.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role preferred.

• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office, and proficient typing.

• Excellent problem-solving, research, and client service skills.

• Experience with banking regulations and systems is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.10 per hour
