Maxim Healthcare is looking to hire multiple dedicated,kindhearted Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide Private Duty SkilledNursing care to a loved patients in the home with a g-tube, trach and vent. Wehave a very diverse patient census that, which allows us to place our nurseswith the perfect case! In this position, you will provide 1:1 patient carein a home environment, follow the physicians prescribed plan of care, completepatient assessments, coordination of care and education to patients andfamilies.

Our ideal nurse has an Active Arizona Registered Nurse(RN) license or compact state and a BLS CPR Card.

Description:

We are seeking skilled RNs and LPNs. Nurse will instructpatients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groupstake steps to improve or maintain health. Nurse will also collaborate with aphysician to develop and manage nursing care plans. As a Maxim Licensed Nurseyou will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatmentunder the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Maxim believes thatqualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families andcommunities.

Requirements:

• ActiveArizona License or compact state

• BLSCard (In person or hybrid class only)
