About this role:

We manage allegations of misconduct effectively when they arise, we reduce employee misconduct by sharing allegation insights with our business partners, and we demonstrate understanding and empathy for the employees that we serve.

This is an opportunity to join the Business Management group within Sales Practices and Conduct Management (SPCM). The Business Management team provides support with finance, staffing, workforce location, reporting, communications, and other initiatives.

The position will coordinate the process of creating select periodic reports, and it will on a variety of key initiatives.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the process of creating select periodic reports to COO, regulators, and board members

  • Collect content from various stakeholders

  • Coordinate review meetings

  • Consolidate feedback

  • Edit content

  • Finalize report production.

  • Work on a variety of key initiatives that will include

  • Workforce location

  • Leadership meeting routines

  • Employee engagement

  • Expense efficiency programs

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Creating effective and influential presentations to various levels of leaders

  • Ability to work with subject matter experts to synthesize and simplify complex concepts

  • Experience elevating trend data into executive-level summaries that are actionable and can be measured over time

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience leading programs, projects, or initiatives within financial services industry

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Experience working with senior level managers

  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability

  • Knowledge of risks, issues and controls

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills

  • BS/BA degree or higher

  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills

  • Experience with SharePoint

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work on-site at the posted location

  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office / 2 days remote
