This role will help set the Communications strategy for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization. This role involves managing various communications channels, including written communications to stakeholders, oversight over systems-generated messages, technology partners campaigns, strategic initiatives updates, IAM marketing, training materials, and collaboration sites.

In this role, you will:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Senior Management, cross-functional IAM Teams, engineering, product, platform, and line of businesses to tailor communications strategies to meet diverse needs.

  • Executive Communications: Develop and deliver tailored communications to various levels within the organization, including C-level executives, to ensure alignment and support for IAM initiatives.

  • System-Generated Messaging: Oversight for the creation and consistency of system-generated messages, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all IAM platforms.

  • Stakeholders Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution and stakeholders’ campaigns, focusing on IAM related updates and requests, initiatives, and awareness programs.

  • Collaboration Sites: Develop and maintain collaboration sites (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence) to support IAM team collaborations and knowledge sharing.

  • Marketing Materials: Act as liaison with our marketing teams to create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and infographics, to promote IAM initiatives and achievements.

  • Training and Documentation: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create mandatory training materials and collateral documentation for IAM initiatives.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of strategies through metrics and feedback, continuously improving and optimizing efforts.

  • Team Building and Management: Build and manage a team with the skill sets required for this function, ensuring effective execution, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with IAM systems and technologies

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; advance degree preferred

  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies, preferably in a technology or security-related field

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and accurate content

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiples initiatives simultaneously

  • Proficiency in collaboration and marketing tools

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Experience working in the financial industry

  • Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams.

  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives.

  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$144,400.00 - $300,000.00
