Executive Administrator

Job Description

The Executive Administrator provides high-level administrative support to the leadership team in Chandler, AZ. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Administrator will facilitate communication and coordination within the organization while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

  • Ensure all necessary technology and resources are available for meetings.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and communications.

  • Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably at the executive level .

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
