Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

Job Summary:

• Serve as main day-to-day EHS contact for assigned locations/facilities

• Oversee Array customer-facing EHS portal

• Develop and provide EHS policy and Procedure Training for employees

• Coordinate EHS reporting

• Assist with safety compliance for assigned locations

• Manage/Administer electronic EHS Management System

• Lead accident investigations and associated root-cause analysis investigations for assigned locations

• Assist with JSA development for assigned locations

• Support ISO certification efforts for ISO 14001/45001

• Conduct EHS audits at facilities across organization

• Support the implementation of the Global EHS program company-wide

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum experience 2 years in a similar position, bachelor’s degree in EHS or combination of education and experience

• Fluent in English

• Advanced level in Microsoft 365

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire others

• Ability to speak in front of large groups

• Self-motivated, driven, and positive attitude

• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

• Ability to travel up to 40%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the renewable energy (preferred solar) sector

• Experience in construction

• Spanish fluency

• Availability to travel to different locations (domestic/international)
