WellSpan Health ACLS Instructor - Organizational, Learning & Development - Days in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania

PRN position. Varied shifts. Job Description:

Under the general supervision of the ACLS Program Coordinator or ACLS Training Center Faculty conducts Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) training programs on an "as needed" basis

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the delivery of System-wide education programs.

  • Maintains appropriate credentialing for educational role.

  • Uses feedback from program evaluation mechanisms to improve performance.

  • Fulfills annual minimum scheduling requirements.

  • Takes responsibility for the cleanliness and appearance of education facilities and properly maintains department equipment.

  • Performs other related duties as identified.

  • Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

  • Minimum Education:

  • Appropriate formal education according to course(s) taught

  • Required Certification:

  • Current ACLS/PALS Instructor Certification required

  • Physical Demands:

  • Frequent prolonged standing/walking

  • Lift supplies / equipment
