Reference #: 36456-en_US Role + Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and sales team for commissioning and troubleshooting. Assist in product selection, sizing, and application support. Act as an escalation path for product and application-related issues in the region, ensuring effective problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Take ownership of interactions between customers, representatives, and internal teams. Provide technical assistance to sales team on quotes for products and services. Conduct quote follow-up support activities. Serve as an internal resource for product-specific knowledge. Address field opportunities (pre/post-sales) and offer training assistance. Create and maintain technical materials and knowledge articles for future reference. Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance processes.
