State of the Art company is looking to hire a thorough Staff/Senior Accountant with a manufacturing or project accounting background. As the Staff/Senior Accountant, you will perform account reconciliations, monitor inventory financial systems, assist with the auditing process, perform monthly account reconciliations, investigate financial discrepancies, analyze financial reports, develop and implement revenue generating accounting processes and procedures, process credit card transactions/reconciliations, and prepare financial statements and reports. The ideal candidate should have the ability to prepare various types of tax returns and carry out other accounting duties as required.

· Maintain client records

· Assist with month end close process

· Lead financial project engagements

· Prepare general ledger transactions

· Prepare financial reports and statements

· Build Strong Client Relationships

· Assist with payroll as needed

· Resolve compliance issues

· Ad hoc reporting

Requirements

The ideal Staff/Senior Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.

Other requirements for the Staff/Senior Accountant role include and are not limited to:

· 3+ years of accounting experience

· Manufacturing or Inventory industry experience

· Project accounting preferred

· MS Dynamics SL or Sage Intaact experience
