Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the inspection and testing of materials, parts, sub-assemblies, and finished products for aerospace, medical, and other industries. Your duties will include receiving inspection from outside vendors for cable harness assemblies, electrical panels, PC board assemblies, sensor assemblies, and more. You will conduct mechanical inspections from first article to final inspection, ensuring tight tolerances using calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc. Additionally, you will perform in-process and final mechanical and electrical inspections, review and maintain inspection results and traceability, handle non-conforming products and related documentation, and review supplier certificates of conformance, FAIs, and material specifications. You will also serialize and package parts as required by work orders and access electronic inspection forms, reports, and historical data, assisting with the maintenance of electronic files.

This is a fully on-site position in Cerritos, California.
