Dematic is looking for a Support Program Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio. He/she will be working as a part of Project Management Team in order to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate, Ensure and Facilitate the Continuous Improvement &Lean projects development to track the progress schedule for standardization projects
Monitoring the Budget & Cost
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Supply Chain organizations around EMEA
Check and monitoring commitment on progress
Ensure communications/ alignment of all pertinent information among worldwide company
Ensure communications / alignment with the Customer
Who are we looking for?
B.Sc. in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related technical field / discipline preferred. Experience considered in lieu of a technical degree.
1-2 years of working experience in the Project Management field, within an engineering environment.
Training and/or experience in Lean&-Sigma methodology, Problem Solving methodologies, and continuous improvement experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
Experience in Continues Improvement Projects will be a plus
MS Project is mandatory
Willing to travel (15% of time)
