Description

We are seeking an IT Business Applications Specialist II, with emphasis on Logistics, to improve the business performance of the assigned areas through technical, application, and process solutions. The specialist must possess business systems analysis, project management, and extensive business and technical expertise, and should show competence in low-code development.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary IT consultant for assigned business areas.

• Develop and manage small to medium-sized projects.

• Train users on application capabilities and ensure ISO/HACCP compliance.

• Document and maintain application ecosystem requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of IT experience with a focus on business-related roles.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.

• Knowledge of corporate systems or ERP, SQL Programming, Business Intelligence & Reporting solutions, and Low-Code solutions.

• Proficiency in logistic functions, IT solutions, and tools.

• Excellent business and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Outstanding written and oral presentation skills and knowledge of ISO or other Quality Management Systems.

  Requirements

• Familiarity with Database systems and SQL Queries

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Proficiency in Microsoft software and tools

• Understanding of AB Testing methodologies

• Prior experience in Application Support roles

• Ability to work with Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management in a manufacturing environment
