Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Capture Management professional with a mind for sales, to participate in and direct pursuits of high profile, multimillion dollar projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establishes and maintains client contacts and develops sales strategy.

• Identifies, qualifies, and manages opportunities through the full capture lifecycle based on Parsons’ Business Acquisition Process (BAP).

• Manages business development operations including management and tracking of B&P budgets and Salesforce pipeline.

• Strengthens current business ties; coordinates meetings between clients/potential clients and technical or other key individuals.

• Keeps abreast of overall business trends, particularly the current business climate. Conducts surveys to determine promising areas of development.

• Establishes and maintains numerous contacts within and outside the industry. Follows up in a timely manner on all possible leads.

• Develops proposals for services in response to invitations to bid and provides guidance to proposal team from inception to completion.

• Develops the pricing structure, as well as other contract terms and conditions.

• Negotiates contracts, including secrecy agreements and joint venture agreements.

• Acts as sponsor during project execution.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Master’s degree in business, relevant technical, or national security preferred.

• 15+ years of experience, primarily within business development organization supporting proposal activities.

• Experience in leading win strategies and proposal staffing efforts.

• Proven ability to develop and manage a multiple opportunity pipeline.

• Ability to articulate a proposal strategy and serve as a member of the capture and/or proposal team and extensive experience in the development of high impact proposal executive summaries.

• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Salary Range:

$149,900.00 - $269,800.00

This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
