Job Description:

Parsons is looking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Level Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with biometrics, identity management, and identity dominance to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Coordinate with technical engineers, devOps, Test Engineers to ensure that technical requirements are met

• Work closely with a team of strategic sales personnel to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

• Identify risks and issues early on in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies

• Communicate project status updates regularly to stakeholders including senior management

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.

• Experience working with biometrics, identity management, or identity dominance is required.

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint.

• Knowledge of biometric technologies such as facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, or iris scanning.

• Familiarity with identity management and access control systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Salary Range:

$117,000.00 - $227,900.00
