As a full time, non-exempt CPSSolutions, LLCPharmacy Technician, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; running and processing automated dispensing cabinet reports; managing inventory; procuring drugs; auditing patient electronic medical records for appropriate documentation; inspections; and other duties as assigned. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week. Starting Pay: $16 per hour (based on experience)

About the Facility: The Meadows Psychiatric Center is a 117-bed private behavioral health care facility on a beautiful 52-acre rural campus. The Meadows provides comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. The pharmacy utilizes Omnicell automated dispensing cabinets. It is owned and operated by Universal Health Services, accredited by The Joint Commission, and licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW). CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy

Experience with Microsoft excel preferred. Experience with automated dispensing preferred. Background in prior-authorizations preferred. Hospital Requirements: (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps, and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity Respirator FIT Mask Test TB Skin Test (completed at the hospital) PA Child Abuse Registry Check FBI Fingerprinting CE Child Abuse Classes Benefits: All employees enjoy a competitive salary, and eligibility to participate in the 401(k) savings plan with a match.
