Human Resources Admin Assistant Opportunity

This is a full-time 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday position in our Human Resources Department. Typical hours are 8am-4:30pm.

The Meadows Psychiatric Center is the leading behavioral health treatment facility in Central Pennsylvania. We are located a short distance outside State College, PA. The Meadows is a 119 inpatient behavioral health hospital and has been providing comprehensive services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults for over 35 years. The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for a variety of functions related to the administrative support of the Human Resources Department. The position is responsible for a variety of databases, notices, general clerical support, employee file maintenance, outreach and follow up to prospective and current employees, compliance tracking and related under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. This position provides support for designated Human Resources tasks and projects.

    Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

    Education: Associate Degree or some applicable post-secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.

    Experience: Two (2) years of administrative assistant or human resources support work; in healthcare setting preferred.
