use and contribute to internal resources such as playbooks, checklists, templates, and training materials to support IMA and other client contract reviews.
be a responsive point of contact for client, operational and other functional teams seeking support for client contracts, and synthesize input from functional teams and reflect such comments in client contracts.
collaborate with Counsel and other members of the Legal team to advance client IMAs.
assist with complex issues arising from IMAs and client onboarding, helping to establish controls and processes where required.
manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities in a highly organized and precise manner.
flexibly adapt to evolving needs by developing new skills and assuming additional responsibilities.
