Description

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will be part of our client's team based in the Central, New Jersey area. The primary role will involve overseeing sales operations, understanding customer demands, and expanding our market reach. The Sales Manager will also be instrumental in creating a robust team in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients, cultivating a robust customer base.

• Design and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and uncover growth opportunities.

• Deliver exceptional service and support to existing clients, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

• Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.

• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility and establishing valuable connections.

  Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
