Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Business Unit Lead to join our company located in Shefayim, Israel.

This role is aimed to achieve Top line & Profit goals of CSS Business unit in the field, full P&L responsibility, expand the market, improve profitability, take market share, launch new technologies, upgrade existing technology platforms, and protect any scope positions in risk.

Also, this role leads Sales, Marketing and Clinical Support teams, and is responsible for their development and growth. The role reports to the company's General Manager.

Business and Commercial Responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing a strategic business plan to meet the franchise's sales goals; Leading and guiding the annual business plan and its periodic assessments.

  • Analyzing, identifying, and leading new opportunities for the development of the market; Management of commercial agreements with all applicable stakeholders, such as health funds, hospitals, purchasing departments and private entities.

  • Creating and nurturing relationships with key clinical and non-clinical clients; Work and foster collaborations with J&J franchises.

  • Defining inventory targets and CAPEX budgets to monitor and constantly improve financial derivatives by collaborating with Logistics, Supply Chain and Finance functions.

  • Collaborate and work with Cluster & Regional marketing teams together with our R&D center to increase patients value.

  • Leading the CSS Sales manager, Clinical manager & Marketing Manager in the creation of the annual business, clinical & marketing plan aligned with BU budget.

  • Collaboration with key customers; Initiation of professional trainings and knowledge sharing.

People Leading Responsibilities:

  • Development and execution of professional / Clinical and business acumen to the teams.

  • Provide professional support in the OR based on customer needs.

  • Analyzing sales results against targets and lead improvement plans.

  • Map current and future talents to create a development and a retention plan for each employee.

Qualifications

A Bachelor degree- mandatory. A Master degree is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in the field of Cardiology / Vascular / Structural heart.

Proven experience in team management and senior management of at least 5 years.

Highly skilled in working with variety of reports, financial and logistical tools for optimal sales management.

Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing)

Ability to create new interfaces and relationships both locally and globally.

Strong business acumen, management capabilities, creative and a demonstrate innovative thinking.

Early adapter of new technology and transformation

Proven ability to work independently, analyze complex situations and provide creative solutions.
