Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is in search of a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for a cable company in Centennial, CO!
Job Highlights:
Effectively process payments, prioritizing invoices based on cash discount potential and payment terms Reconcile monthly vendor statements using strong problem solving skills and basic accounting principle knowledge Create and verify AP cash needs/cash flow report Review and input invoices into Accounts Payable Sub Ledger, analyzing AP aging Prepare weekly cash requirements and disbursements Oversee vendor file maintenance, monitoring credit limits and terms Prepare and post month end accrual entries
What we look for:
2+ years of experience in an AP role Experience with Sage 100 or a similar ERP system Experience with purchase orders High attention to detail
