Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is seeking a Part-time Receptionist (30hrs. weekly) to join the team of a local aluminum manufacturing company in Centennial, CO!
Job Highlights:
Answer phones (low call volume, about 5 calls per hour) Transfer calls or take messages Direct guests and visitors to where they need to go and who they need to see Distribute mail to the corporate building every other day Assist other departments with various Admin tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
What we look for:
2+ years' experience in a similar role Great phone etiquette and warm welcome Strong interpersonal and communication skills
