Customer Engagement (CE) is part of the Marketing Center of Excellence within Disney Experiences (DX). We connect consumers to the place where dreams come true through the development of holistic, audience-focused, data-driven communication plans across offline, digital and direct relationship channels.

We are looking for an CE Manager to join our dynamic Strategy, Planning and Integration team. You will manage day-to-day tasks for your assigned campaigns or programs. This including communicating needs, maintaining content planners and editorial calendars, providing instructions for content distribution and balancing budgets. You will report to the Customer Engagement Associate Manager, CE-Strategy

Planning and Integration.

You Will:

• Help develop audience-centric paid and owned media plans across digital, social and direct channels.

• Maintain content planners and asset trackers for display, streaming, social, search, email and direct mail.

• Provide channel-specific instructions for asset distribution and tactical execution.

• Collaborate with many partners across multiple teams to bring our media plans to life.

• Track spending and reconcile budgets.

You Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Cross-Channel Media Planning (TV, out of home, streaming, display, social, search) or Owned Channel (email, direct mail, organic social) experience.

• Basic knowledge of how media channels are used to drive business growth.

• Built relationships with a diverse set of partners.

• Experience using Smartsheets, Workfront or Brand Maker

• A passion for data-driven, audience-centric marketing

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or communications, or equivalent work experience.
