Job Description SummaryResponsible to drive execution of Finance’s strategic roadmap, adding discipline and rigor into the planning and implementation of activities aligned to key priorities. Utilize expertise in program and project leadership to navigate through complex prioritization, resource management and change management challenges, influencing successful resolution. Responsible to clearly communicate with senior leaders to make decisions and focus on top priorities.Job Description


  • Provide tailored high-touch, low-touch support with senior leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure completion of Finance roadmap activities

  • Define approach and cadence to refresh roadmap, aligning to Finance priorities and strategic objectives

  • Develop and maintain a plan to ensure successful execution of the strategic roadmap initiatives, including identification and management of intersections across initiatives

  • Develop and monitor key metrics to ensure alignment to execution requirements

  • Develop and maintain a communication plan that includes status of the roadmap initiatives, ensuring transparency of progress

  • Manage and monitor strategic roadmap related risks and escalate as appropriate

  • Align to Finance resource management strategy and Organization Change Management functions to provide project management and back-up support as needed


  • Bachelors degree in a business related field or equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years experience managing complex multi-system and/or multiple department projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in portfolio management, strategy setting and execution experience, working with large scale, cross-functional program and project initiatives.

  • Outstanding program and project management skills and track record of execution.

  • Proven experience in building strong customer relationships.

  • Strong business leadership, technology acumen, and the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Demonstrates broad strategic thinking, with clear vision and direction for change management strategies.

  • Demonstrated skill in facilitating and developing highly effective teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute independently, critical thinking and accountability.

  • Experience in demonstrated portfolio planning and execution.

  • Experience in developing roadmaps, prioritization, resource management strategies with demonstrated results.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills and the ability to operate in a fast changing and ambiguous environment.

  • Ability to remain positive through setbacks and adaptable to change.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Experience working in insurance, financial services or consulting environment within a Finance organization.

  • PMP certification.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Working Conditions:

Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.

The salary for this position generally ranges between $112,000-$149,000 . This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion at a rate of 17.5% .
