This role will focus on aligning department initiatives, developing data stories, and influencing executive decisions through strategic data analysis and technology solutions. Required to be onsite 5 days a week! 70% Roadmapping / 30% creating Visualizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic product roadmaps and ensure effective execution of tasks within high-pressure environments.

• Prioritize tasks effectively, focusing on the absolute top priority and resisting the tendency to digress.

• Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with business leaders and customers.

• Employ strong customer service orientation to forge mutual trust with business leaders.

• Utilize Agile Scrum and Backlog Grooming methodologies to manage product development.

• Use Confluence, Tableau, and other BI visualization tools to present data and inform decision-making.

• Showcase strong listening and interpersonal skills to understand and refine business problems.

• Demonstrate product ownership by solving business problems and advocating for business leaders.

• Utilize storytelling techniques to communicate product development roadmaps and strategic plans.

• Employ strong negotiation skills in high-pressure environments to reach optimal outcomes.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role

• Proficiency in Confluence, Agile Scrum, and Backlog Grooming

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Competency in Tableau, BI visualization, and Data Visualization

• Demonstrated experience in product ownership

• Ability to create and manage development and strategic roadmaps

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field is preferred

• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
