Accenture Testing Activation and Escalation in Cebu, Philippines

  • Manage day-to-day operations and is responsible in monitoring, tracking and reporting offshore team’s performance versus agreed SLA to client and engagement leads

  • Conduct RCA to identify drivers impacting performance

  • Work closely with Quality and Training team to improve team performance

  • Manage client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility

  • Provide and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations

*Perform involved, in-depth analysis on a variety of technologies

*Analyzing testing results, graphs and statistical information

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree *At least 2 years supervisory experience in the BPO industry *Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills *Good English communication skills *Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
