Would you like to be part of a regional finance team based in our knowledge centre in Cebu? We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Accounts Receivable Manager. Your Role

This position has the overall responsibility for the credit control, analysis + collection activities (O2C) in Asia Pacific, while migrating tasks from the countries to the Knowledge Center. You will collaborate closely with internal + external stakeholders to standardize, automate + leverage artificial intelligence to improve financial performance. Your leadership skills will be crucial to make this project a success.

Your Responsibilities

• To set-up and lead a finance accounts receivable team of 60+, including participating in the recruitment, selection, training + development of talents.

• To identify and train your successor to take over after your assignment of 2-3 years.

• To ensure the timely review + submission of credit application requests.

• To proactively provide analysis + review of business cases in determining overall credit risk + business potential.

• To ensure prompt follow-up on outstanding collection matters in a professional + timely manner, including escalation handling.

• To review current processes, ensuring compliance + alignment with corporate guidelines on credit control+ collection strategy.

• To proactively provide pre-alert notifications on credit status of existing or potential trading partners.

• To understand the end-to-end accounts receivable process, lead in continuous improvement + drive productivity for related processes.

• To participate in all accounts receivable matters at operational level

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• End to end O2C experience in a mid-sized KN entity of 5 years.

• Direct leadership experience 5 years.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

• Experience in driving Global Business Services or Shared Services is a plus.

• Project management experience 2-3 years is a plus.

• Track record in continuous improvement projects.
