Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and work closely with L&S, WFM and Operations team related to allocation of resources for scheduled training batches
Allocating resources for ramp plans
Interns pull outs from Operations
Planning for training rooms and other logistics
Planning for training assets like y-chords/ systems, etc for trainees
Intern pull out and coordination with operations team
Changes in ramp plans & hence going back to resource planning
WFM back & forth related to the forecast of batches and on OJT/ Interns pull outs
Transition calls/ Ops calls/ Other calls
Admin activities including emails
Ramp readiness, Training Governance & reporting files
Leadership reporting and highlight any red flags
Manage and coordinate Training Staff Ratio Adherence reporting
Training Ramp Readiness adherence reporting

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Workforce Management in capacity planning or staffing management
3+ years of experience in tracking, planning projects, working with large data sets and making data-driven analytical decisions
Background in capacity planning or staffing management
Experience in analyzing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives
Basic level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
Proven excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
