A.

Job Description:

-

Coordinating and leading OSH/EMS meetings and training sessions for employees on scheduled basis.

-

Taking note of the minutes of the meetings for OSH/EMS.

-

Identifying hazards at the workplace and enforcing safety and environmental policies.

-

Liaising between employees and the company regarding health, safety and environmental issues and concerns.

-

Investigating accidents, injuries, and incidents, and preparing reports of findings.

-

Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual reports on occurrences and providing statistical information to upper management.

-

Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environment regulations and keeping abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.

-

Collation of pertinent OSH/EMS program data from different sites via email communication.

-

Collaboration with the client on needed support pertaining to completion of local and global reports.

-

Support the lead auditor of external agency to conduct the internal OSH/EMS audits. In particular, the support shall include among other data gathering, metrics and analytics, up to recommendations/solutions, and will keep a record of all such audit reports.

Prepare, review, maintain, track, and manage OSH/EMS Compliance, ENABLON/SALESFORCE Tool Reporting, OSH/EMS Communications, Campaigns and Programs, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability Projects, Energy Efficiency and Conservation Efforts, Monitoring Systems (such as but not limited to smart meter system) and any other tools being utilized related to Health, Safety and Environment.

Prepare needed logistics, equipment’s, materials, etc. for events and programs needed in different sites on a scheduled basis.

Oversee and support programs and projects pertaining to OSH and EMS.

-

Conduct of inspection pertaining to OSH and EMS in different sites on a scheduled basis.

-

Support personnel during scheduled drills (Earthquake, Fire, Emergency).

-

To be deployed on a specific site within Metro Manila (for Metro Manila Base) or Metro Cebu (for Cebu base) on a scheduled basis.

-

Other task assigned from time to time.

Qualification:

-

Safety Officer 3

-

Engineering graduate (ME, EE, ChE, EnE, CE)

-

With BOSH/COSH, LCM, SPA

-

2-3 years’ experience

-

With MS office background
