As a Customer Service/Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage client relationships, and assist with various office tasks. Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Customer Service / Sales Assistant:

  • Participate in sales activities, such as outside cold calling, to generate new business.

  • Must be comfortable using and working with technology (we are a technology-based company).

  • Uncover new business opportunities within the client base.

  • Develop & help maintain new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact.

  • Provide smooth transition of accounts to the sales support staff through effective internal communications and proper documentation.

  • Conducting online marketing research on the new business leads.

  • Answer incoming calls, provide routine information to callers, or direct them to the appropriate person.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, job orders, and general information.

  • Maintain and update customer files and order information.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients through telephone contact.

  • Resolve client problems and provide price quotes within assigned parameters of authority.

  • Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and high energy level at all times.

  • Exhibit exceptional team-building skills, motivating other employees.

  • Demonstrate a team-oriented and solution-focused approach.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).

  • Previous customer service or sales experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using computer programs and data entry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
