Lead Certified Cosmetologist and Masseuse, Castle Rock, CO: Engage in consultations with clients to understand their unique massage needs and preferences. Organize the massage room, ensuring all the required tools and supplies are readily available. Execute head and scalp massages utilizing a variety of techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and acupressure. Employ oils, lotions, or other topical applications to enhance the therapeutic effects on the scalp and hair as necessary. Advise clients on practices to maintain scalp and hair health and thoroughly sanitized post-use. Advocate the advantages of scalp massages and the diverse services available to prospective clients. Participate in professional development activities like training sessions and workshops to stay current with evolving trends and products within the industry. Record detailed client data and treatment plans accurately. Safeguard client confidentiality and privacy at all times. Possible travel in order to provide services to clientele in Denver, Douglas, Arapahoe, El Paso and Pueblo counties. Requires 12 months of experience in a customer service occupation.
