Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Budget Manager in the Castle Rock, Colorado area. The recruited individual will play a crucial role in budget allocation and analysis, with a particular focus on supporting IT operations. This role will involve managing a considerable budget and will require a keen understanding of accounting software systems and budget processes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the allocation and analysis of the budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources

• Support IT operations through expert budget management and financial analysis

• Leverage accounting software systems to streamline budgeting and financial management processes

• Play a key role in annual budget planning and execution, ensuring deadlines are met

• Maintain accurate records of budget processes and transactions

• Manage capital efficiently, ensuring the financial health of the operations

• Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing

• Utilize tools such as Concur and ATS for effective account coding and management

• Apply knowledge of accounting functions to support the financial operations

• Assist in purchasing activities, contributing to cost management efforts. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is necessary.

• Mastery of Accounting Software Systems is required.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.

• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads is desired.

• Knowledge of Concur software is a must.

• Understanding of various Accounting Functions is critical.

• Ability to manage and plan the Annual Budget is necessary.

• Experience in handling Billing Functions is required.

• Expertise in managing Budget Processes is essential.

• Experience in Capital Management is highly valued.
