What you'll do

  • Provide strategic direction for the organization in all aspects of Environmental, such as transfer of work, expansions, permit renewals, and ISO certification

  • Promote a positive EHS Culture at all levels of the organization by providing leadership and technical expertise for Environmental Programs

  • Owner of Environmental applicable core requirements and technical guidance, EHS Framework elements and others

  • Collaborate with Governance, Supply Chain, Sale/Service, Training and EHS leaders to provide or improve procedures, guidance, and tools. Focus on improvements to digitalize or otherwise simply program execution

  • Provide technical expertise as needed to support Cytiva Legal, Real Estate Transactions, or other business projects

  • Provide technical and strategic support to Cytiva sites impacted with contamination due to legacy site operation, including financial requirements

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree on EHS related field with considerable Environmental expertise or equivalent knowledge or experience

  • Ability to engage effectively with external partners, including investors and customers, on our overall EHS and Sustainability program

  • Demonstrate ability to organize, motivate and lead teams, drive change and interact cross functionally

  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to handle diverse priorities

  • ISO, OSHA VPP and External Regulatory auditing experience

  • Ability to communicate using English

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (35%)

  • Remote role
