Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Casper, Wyoming

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Casper, Wyoming to find an experienced Maintenance Technician for a temporary to hire opportunity. The role involves overseeing facility and grounds maintenance and may entail independent or team-based work. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, safety, and aesthetics of our community's facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting in various repair projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections of community buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.

2. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.

3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff, addressing issues efficiently and effectively.

4. Complete work orders in a timely manner, documenting all repairs and maintenance activities.

5. Assist in the coordination of larger repair projects, working collaboratively with contractors and vendors as needed.

6. Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, prioritizing the safety of residents and staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:

• Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Temporary to hire opportunity with a salary review after 90 days.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
