ManpowerGroup Customer Service Rep in Casper, Wyoming

Our client, in Casper, WY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a CSR, you will be part of the Administrative team supporting all departments. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, previous administrative background and good communication which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service

Location: Casper WY

Pay Range: $16.00

What’s the Job?

  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, peers, and managers relating to issues, progress, status and solution.

  • Process Credit Card payments for product orders and training

  • Provides support for all customer business requests received through phone or e-mail.

  • Coordinates all customer contacts to insure timely and accurate handling and processing within established policies, procedures and directives

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum of two (2) year of Customer Service experience required

  • Experience with MS Office Suite.

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Ability to work within a team environment.

  • Intermediate understanding of telephone concepts, practices, and procedures.
