Oracle Senior Program Manager in CASABLANCA, Morocco

Job Description

The Oracle Payments team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities.

As part of the Oracle Payments team, you will interact with multiple levels of the organization from executives to product managers, business operations, marketing and field-sales. You will be working with the cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of Payment Platform.

Responsibilities

As the Program Manager, you will continuously design, develop, and manage internal or external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes. In this role,

  • Participate in strategic planning, roadmap creation and coordination across technology and business teams.

  • Manage escalations related to Payments ensuring accurate and speedy resolution.

  • Collaborate with the payments product development team to define processes and structure PI planning and execution.

  • You will consult with stakeholders to understand program requirements; research and apply best practice methodologies in program development and execution; and manage program components, with accountability for completion of tasks and deliverables.

  • Develop product delivery roadmap and communication processes to ensure stakeholder alignment with delivery roadmap.

  • You will also develop business processes to achieve program vision and objectives; resource work across team members, cross-functional groups, and business stakeholders; and monitor and report program performance against defined goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • The ideal candidate is a technical program manager with very strong hands-on project management skills and 8+ years of diverse experience running the delivery of both software and infrastructure projects

  • At least 5 years project/program management work experience leading process transformation / large enterprise projects and Program Management focus on driving Agile product development practices.

  • You have expertise identifying root causes and solving issues within process, product, and workflows.

  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Ability to navigate highly matrixed organization and build rapport with internal and external business partners.

  • Solid organizational, planning and tracking skills

  • Ability to produce high-quality internal and external deliverables for executive audiences

  • Creativity and independent judgment in identifying and recommending process improvement

  • Resourceful and thoughtful use of company assets (data, tools)

  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and function in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.

Emphasis will be given to the candidate who demonstrates productive experience in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated success with cross-functional business projects

  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects/programs concurrently

  • Demonstrated success prioritizing workload for self and holding others accountable for their commitments.

  • Expertise in defining product strategy and roadmap execution and leading the delivery of large-scale Products, institutionalizing Engineering practices, and establishing Program/Project management practices

  • Certified Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

  • Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

  • Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

  • Accountable for Managing Product Portfolio of strategic and business importance, through different phases such as Discovery, Planning, Foundational Design, Execution – Agile Development, Customer Rollout and Maintenance.

  • Develop frameworks for monitoring project(s) progress, stakeholder / executive reporting, risk identification/mitigation, cross-functional collaboration/communication.
